You already asked this question, and got one right answer.  The rest were wrong.

Since your father was a US citizen at the time you were born, and applied for your citizenship then, the document you want is the FS-240, Certificate of Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States."  You can only get that through the Department of State.  Here is the process:
