  1. I'm not completely sure, but I think whereas births are concerned, Naval Bases are US Territory (I know like US Embassy's in other countries are like that, if your at one your on US territory)

  2. i thought you had to be born in the us to be a american citizen but you can get your birth certifacate changed when you move in the states.i know my brother was born in germany and had to get his changed, but that was yrs. ago.

  3. its wherever you where born.... if you were born outside of america then you have to live here for like 5-10 years before you actually become a citizen

  4. You have dual citizenship if...

You were born to US citizen parent, they were legally married, and your father had reported birth to US authority.

You obtain Philippines citizenship automatically because

    1. You were born in the Philippines, and

    2. Your mother is Filipina..

  5. yes, you qualify for dual citizenship.  For both countries, citizenship is gain either:

    1) being born @ the country

    or

    2) inherited from the parents.

  6. If you plan on buying real estate in the Philippines, the answer is yes you can. You were born in the Philippines to a Filipino parent. Now if you were to ask if you can get a US passport, that is a different story.
