My favorites disappeared from my tool bar. Where did it go.?

I have things disappearing all the time too, lol.

Right click on the toolbar anywhere. Then choose Customize.

You'll now see a two window pane window.

Stuff on the left window pane are things you can add to the toolbar.

Stuff on the right window pane are things already added on the toolbar.

Since your Favorites icon is missing, it will probably be on the left window pane. Highlight it and hit the -> arrow key to put it to the right side.  Click OK.

If your toolbar ever completely disappears, you can right click the toolbar somewhere and check off Standard button.  If your address bar ever disappears, check off the Address bar.
