My favorites?

I would like to have my favorites on the toolbar when I come to my home page of Yahoo. I used to have it on the panel, but it has disappeared since the Comcast technician came to check my internet service on Saturday. Also, I can't see the clock on the right hand bottom corner.

right click pop up bottom panel , click properties, then check show the clock ...remember to click apply after
