My favorites will not stay in the order i put them in?

i do stack them the way i want them but as soon as i open my favorites again in a while there all mixed up again i really need help with this as being disabled its hard for me to find the site i am looking for as i have so many favorites and it takes me a while to put them in order again so i can find out why there not staying need help please Thankyou Kathy

Your Favorites stack up the way you add them on. You can change them by drag and drop, at that point they should stay in place. If not, I cannot imagine why.
