For the past two months my feet are really aching in the morning. It gets better as the day goes on. The pain almost makes me limp to get around. I have not done anything different and it started all of a sudden. I woke up and there it was.... the pain. It started in one foot and now it is both. it kinda feels like how you might think it would feel if you had went hiking on rocks for a couple of hours.

  1. Could be the start of something like "plantar fasciitis".  Best cure is a good ,powerful "liquid" vitamin / mineral supplement like VEMMA.  Full of anit-inflammatories.  Go to www.TrySomeVemma.com  Questions go mcclintockjd@yahoo.com

  2. Could be a case of varicose veins causing pain in your feet rather than arthritis. In arthritis it's the knee joints that get affected the most, though I must admit, it's a painful situation in either case.

My grandmother suffers from frozen feet in the morning where the blood circulation to her extremities (both feet and hands) get weaked due to old age and a sedantary lifestyle. She also has blood pressure problems so that contributes as well.

A number of factors add up to the pain you're experiencing in your feet (including calcium deficiency, shin splints or ligament damage) so only medical tests can authentically prove the source and suggest a cure. Hope this helps.

  3. Probably not. You do not state your age, let alone the type of work you do? The fact it is just your feet and not other parts of the body would not indicate Arthritis. Therefore it could be as simple as the type of shoe you are wearing, from needing insoles, as you might have to correct your foot alignment. See a Podiatrist, they specialize in problems with the feet. Best of Luck

  4. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis 3 years ago when I found that my hands and feet were starting to ache. A symptom of RA is stiffness and sore joints for a period of time in the morning.

Tell your doctor about it, as soon as possible. If it is RA, there are lots of solutions to minimize pain and inflammation. If not, hopefully your doctor will be able to find a solution for you and get you some relief!

I hope you're able to get some help real soon - I can relate, I know what it's like to lurch around in the mornings like Frankenstein's monster!

  5. is it possible that you sleep on your stomach??  this happened to me a while ago and i later discovered that, since i sleep on my stomach, the top of my feet have to straighten and become in line with my leg (if that makes any sense) which, since they were stuck like that for a couple hours, made them hurt pretty bad.  i would wake up and, literally, not be able to walk, either.  i hope i helped...  lol  i prolly didn't...
