My feet and hands get really hot!?

Question

I can never remember to ask my doctor about it but the bottom of my feet and the plums of my hands get extremely hot at times, I used to sleep with a towel full of ice on my feet because of this. I was just wondering maybe someone knows why this happens.

I read a few other places that said to try cutting down on salt or up'ing your B vitamins and calcium. It sucks though! I'm feeling it right now. Every night, pretty much.
