My feet are burnt?,What can i do?

im a roofer and if you have ever been on a roof on a summer day you know how hot it can be up there and i guess being up there for so long it actually burnt the soles of my feet their pink now and they realy sting

If it hurts that bad, go to the doctor so they can give you the right type of medicine to put on it.
