My feet are in excruciating pain from band camp?

We've been on our feet for 8 hours a day or more the past few days and I play tuba so its a lot of stress on my already flat over pronating feet.

So I want to get a foot massage this weekend.

I think I've earned it. Lol.

How much do they cost?

Do I just go to a nail place or what?

Yup, you've earned it. A lot of nail places will do pedicures/ foot massage, but there may also be a massage place around. Give a ring or look in your yellow pages. It'll go you $20-30, depending on who and how well it's done.
