Question:

My feet are peeling?

I am a swimmer and I walk around barefoot along a pool deck most of the time. Also I wear flip flops almost all the time if I'm not barefoot. I rarely wear socks.

Lately my feet have been peeling. It's mostly in between the toes and at the balls of my feet. It looks like a blister with the dead white skin that just flakes away.. underneath it though is just another layer of perfectly fine skin. It is not read or irritated. It doesn't itch. I wouldn't even notice it if i hadn't have seen the white flakes on my flip flops.

I guess this could be athletes foot.. but I've had athletes foot before and it doesn't really look the same.

Any ideas what this could be? Should i leave it alone?
