My feet are swollen from the last 3-4 days. It happened out of the blue. I cant put my feet down.

It hurts really bad. I havent worn new shoes or done any activity to trigger something like this. SO i need to go see a doc i think a ortho? recommend a good ortho doc in bangalore.

i am not a professional ,but i have heard swollen feet can showsigns of too much sodium in the diet you should check out your diet

You first consult with general docters and then with his advise go to artho.  It is better .

Swollen feet is one of the symptoms of a heart condition...if your feet has a rash like look as well as being swollen then its just your veins inside you feet have broken,for that to happen no activity is needed, when your feet are down the pressure on your feet increases which is why it hurts and is also the cause of why the veins would break
