My fellow Americans (other nations may answer as well), what would you do if you were President?

What policies would you try to enact to make life better for the country? Let's leave party affiliations out of this; just tell me what you think would be best for this country overall, and what you think you could accomplish to make the US better?

Suggestions from other countries as to what you think America needs reform on are welcome.

Well, I'm in high school and I'd love to see a better education system. The government spends so little on it so resources are limited(As in I've had multiple books from the 80's, and that's in a fairly wealthy school district).

Also, I'd want to improve foreign relations. Too many people hate America. I want to show the world we aren't all George Bush clones.
