  1. it probaly just means she has a blind eye

  2. It sounds like it could be one of two things - either she's actually going blind in that eye, or she's developing Popeye. Popeye is a baterical infection of the eye often caused by dirty water, and it gives the eye an almost bubble-like appearance. Give her a water change, and keep an eye on it for the next few days. If it looks like the eye is bugging out, continue to keep her water super super clean and add a little extra aquarium salt with her water changes in addition to her regular water conditioners. If it is Popeye, and you treat it properly, it should go back to normal fairly quickly.

    Good luck!

  3. Pop eye will, as the name suggests, cause the eye to bulge, NOT cloud over.  This is an entirely different infection, though neither of the two would be affected in the least by salt.  You need a gram positive effective or broad spectrum antibiotic like Maracyn TC, TC Tabs, Maracyn + Maracyn 2, EM Tabs, Triple Sulfa, or Trisulfa.  Be sure to remove any activated carbon from the filter during treatment, and if using Maracyn TC, TC Tabs, or Maracyn 2, turn off the lights during treatment, as the active ingredients degrade with exposure to light.
