My female cockatiel keeps resting her head on me!!!?

Question

I have a female cockatiel which i had for half a year, whenever i let her out she will fly onto my shoulder and rest her head on my neck and she sometimes falls asleep. does she care for me or something?

Thats her way of showing she loves you..and you're probably warm right there as well birds love warm places..it relaxes them

She will not do it to anyone she doesn't care about. I relized that with one of my Cockateil's. =]
