My female friend is concerned that her b*****s are unequal in size and shape, should she be concerned?

she is to shy to ask the question but would be very interested in all your answers. i have told her that it of little importance and will only add to her charm in being different

This is a very common thing! Tell her not to worry.  I was worried for a long time when I was younger, but soon came to realize that it is normal. Most people even have a leg longer than the other and just don't notice it.  We are all made different and uniquely.

It is very common to have a size difference. In fact in general we are never quite bilaterally symmetrical. Mostly the difference is minimal, but in extreme cases in a FULLY mature woman, surgical intervention might be needed.

If one's an A cup, and the other is a D cup, then perhaps. Otherwise, if it's only a small difference, no way. Nothing on our bodies is perfectly symmetrical. Our hands are different to each other, as are arm lengths, leg lengths, feet, balls, ears. Don't worry about it.

I just read Katie's comment above, and she's absolutely correct. No straight guy will notice as we're completely mesmerised by boobies.

It is absolutely normal for one breast to be slightly larger than the other, it is the same as our feet, it is what makes use human

Only if this is a recent change. If they've always been like this then no. Almost all women have one breast bigger than the other.

That's very normal; most women are this way unless they're artificial.  Generally it's not even noticeable while clothed, and women tend to be self-conscious about something when naked anyway -- if not that, then she'd probably find something else to be nervous about!  -- and I suspect most guys would have something else on their minds than critiquing normal variations, in that circumstance.

Most people have uneven b*****s. In some people it is more noticeable. If there is a huge difference and it is causing her distress, she should see her GB. I do know that in extreme cases surgery can be used to enlarge / reduce.
