My female syrian hamster gettting skinny?

Question

My female syrian hamster was pregnant 1 year ago and was fat for the whole time until last month where she suddenly turned all skinny. I feed her a bowl full of food and vegetable and fruits but in 1 month she turned all skinny and boney. Whyyy???? When you touch her it is really noticable she lost lots of weight.
