  1. My vet charges $22 for shots, $15 for worming with fecal exam, and a dose of Advantage is $13. You'll need about $40-75 in a couple of months for a spay. Call around for pricing at different vets. Getting routine check ups will greatly reduce your long term health bills for her.  Check into insurance.

  2. call the vet's office and ask them, that way you'll know the exact amount, dollars and cents...

the first year of a kitty's life can be expensive.. what with shots and spaying/neutering... make sure you're ready to handle the costs...

  3. Check VCA locations in your state. I paid $22 for booster shot, office visit $14, leukemia shot $15, rabies $20.

If your kitten never had shots, she will need 3 booster shots, leukemia/AIDS shot, and rabies shot (when she's 3 months old).

  4. Call the vet, because all vets have different prices. The first year for a kitten is usually the most expensive with shots, spaying/neutering and things like that. It is better to get things done the first time, because it'll cause more money if she gets sick. Make sure you have enough money to take care of a cat!

    Hope this helped=) Good luck!

  5. By all means call around. Some vets offer their own pet insurance plans that will cover the first year of the kittens life. My vet did, I paid 20 dollars a month, it was deducted from my checking account each month. It covered all her shots and spaying. It saved me money. Each vet has their own price list for the different shots and spay/neuter. Shop around and decide what is best for your budget and your new baby.

  6. I'm guessing around $100.  I just adopted a kitty too and my adoption fee covered all there shots and it was $85.
