My fiance is being stationed at Fort Lewis, WA what is the cost of living and what is the housing allowance?

We know that that army gives an off base housing allowance does anyone know what it is? To start out it will just be my (will then be) husband and I. Any help or input about that area would be helpful, and what are the best areas to live at. Also I have an advertising degree and was wondering if there are any ad agencies in the area. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Well I don't know if I can be of MUCH help but I called my uncle who is in the Army and was stationed at Fort Lewis not even a year ago, he said that they gave him and his wife 780.00 a month for housing allowance and then approx. 200.00 for living expenses.
