My fiance moved to Los Banos CA and it isn't my favorite town, what is near by?

I am hoping to move to a town within an hour of Los Banos, CA that has a little bit more going on. I just got my real estate license and am hoping to get a job in that field. I am 21 years old and am hoping for place a little bt prettier. Have any suggestions?

  1. Merced is about 40 miles away from Los Banos, and is probably what you are looking for. It is a city of about 230,000 people.
