My fiancee's back hurt lots.

Question

he was carry for too heavy then a few hours later that his back is gonna became a painful. i help him that i make it for put a small bag with hot water put on his back. is that a lots help? i need to know.

have him take some ibuprofen.  It helps and heat and ice I think.  20 mins of each.  don't let him carry anything heavy till his back feels better, he might have pulled a muscle.

massages always help. And maybe he needs painkillers for his back. But yes you're doing great other than that.

He needs to walk and keep moving because if he doesn't his muscles are gonna get stiff and when he tries to get up he's gonna be in a lot of pain.  Give him some muscle relaxers and before he goes to bed give him Ibuprofen and if you can buy him some icy hots they will make his back feel better, it worked for me!  Get Well :)

Carried a too heavy load?  Please, take him to a doctor immediately for x-rays and MRI's.  He may have injured the ligaments in his back.  My husband has torn ligaments all up and down his spine from heavy lifting as a machinist.  Don't take ANY chances with a back injury.  It may be nothing but sore muscles, or it could be torn ligaments.  Don't take the chance, get him to a doctor.  Hopefully it won't be bad.

I'm not trying to be rude, but what is with the language in the question.  Where is the grammar and sentence structure. Your questions like a bad free internet translator.

As for putting heat on the area of his back that hurts...it's a good idea. He should also take Motrin or Aleve or some other over the counter anti-inflammatory pain reliever. (ask the pharmacist for assistance).  If the pain increases or his level of mobility (ability to move around) decreases, take him to a doctor to find out exactly what is happening.
