  1. ur gettin married 2 yr wife not yr daughter

  2. I would suggest not getting married, but w/e. It's your choice. You'll regret it soon enough.

    Consider this a warning.

  3. i thing she would be rightly called a b*****d child..right?

  4. It depends on your state law. Here in California, here is how you would do it.

    http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/selfhelp/oth...

Just search "change name child YOUR STATE" and you'll find instructions.

  5. You'll probably have to go to the courts and pay some money, but if you are the named father on her birth certificate, it shouldn't be too hard.

  6. Legally she should have had your last name when she was born, even if you were not married. At this point you will have to petition the courts for a name change.

  7. mine and ur culture is different, if I say anything it would be wrong.

contact ur lawyer in this part. how old is she??

  8. Petition the court to have her name changed. Shouldn't be a problem if you are named the father on her birth certificate.

  9. i think you have to go to the social security office.

i know it costs 150, but you could have done it when she was born, even if you weren't married. you can give your child any last name you want to.
