Ive known her for 6months. We want to get married she is going to college . she has no ss# or license and has to pay cash everything up front for school. so the sooner we get married the sooner we can fill out FASFA and get grants for school. but how long will it take for her to be a citzen, ss# etc. Will she have to go back to mexico to get a visa?

  1. If she came here with a visa she does not have to leave, but if she came illegally she will have to leave.

  2. Yes she will have to return to Mexico to have any chance of obtaining documents. Marrying her while she is illegally in the US will not change that.

She could have corrected things near her 18th birthday but apparently missed that opportunity. Now that she is 21 she is viewed as an adult illegal and can't get a green card without returning to Mexico

  3. Your are search a immigration rule of leaving place and search a legal lawyers of immigration and merriage law of immigrant hown can do it. visit a locat lawyers site and gov site read a law and hire a cheap and best lawyer of immigration marriage .

Some site here -  lawyers dot com, find a lawyer, immigration law and

  4. She will have to go to her country of birth and apply legally to live here. If she is caught before she does that she will have virtually no chance to come back to this country. It's clear that the only reason she (and you) are even concerned about this is to get free school grants which are supposed only to go to American citizens and legal immigrants.
