She wants a ceremony of like ten people on the beach because that would be more intimate, how can I convince her?

  1. a wedding without family is not really a wedding, may as well go elope. explain that you want family their itll be more memorable and every mother dreams of seeing her daughter walk down the ailse.

  2. i dont think that there is anything wrong with that. I actually wouldnt mind signing the certificate at court n having a big reception. Look into that because everyone can at least go to that

  3. Don't tell the family only after the wedding. They will be mad but will get over it. It's about you and her. Not them

  4. You guys need to do what you want because its your day! It needs to be special and memorable for both of you.  Your family should understand that.  You can always get married on the beach and have a BBQ type reception at someone's home or the park to celebrate with your family.  I suggest having her speak with her family to find out how they would really feel and go from there.

  5. It's your wedding do what you want!

  6. The whole point of having

an actual wedding, is that so your

FAMILY and close friends can celebrate

the union of two people. Why the h**l would you

not want her family there? It's your wedding and all so you

can do what you please, i'm just having a hard time understanding

why.You can still have your intimate, simple, but elegant wedding with her family and your family and some close friends. Good luck figuring things out.
