Unlikely they were deleted by a 'hacker'. More likely by someone you know. Someone close.

There are several undelete utilities available.

What operating system are you using?

I am going to say if a person hacked your system you probably wouldnt even know it. You can add password protection to your screensaver and upon bootup. More then likely someone is messing with you from your own pc

Simple, is he connected to your IP Address? if he is, you can get it.

again, if he is, open cmd.

(Run > type cmd > enter)

now type in

Netstat

it will show all the ips connected to you

"Some are HTTP".

The beauty of being a hacker is the ability to get into someone's computer and hack it without being caught.  There is most likely nothing you can do about it.
