  1. Unfortunately yes you do have to pay it. But it might be worth disputing it with your financial advisor as bad practice to see if you can get it reduced but he does not have to.

    However, look at it in a positive way! He done the work and you knew the bill was gonna be due so you have just received 18 months worth of interest on the amount because of his delay, can't be all bad!


  2. If he's sent in his bill 18 months late, presumably he won't mind if you don't pay it for another 18 months. ;-)

  4. A year and a half late? If you have a solicitor take it to them..get some advice..i'm pretty sure that you can claim back on it.. and it won't be so much but i think that you will have to pay some of it.. you never know.. you might not have to due to the how late it is .. but i do advise on taking it to a solicitor because just leaving it will make it ten times worse for you.
