My finch had 3 babies, now about week 1/2, one baby was found on the cement dead. What could of happened?..

I have a man made open bird house mounted up under the back patio, where mom and dad finch had 3 babies. They are about week- 1/2 old, and found one of the babies out on the cement today, dead. Its been very warm here around 100 every day. What could of happend to him?..Looks like they are being fed, mostly by dad..

Most likely it fell out of the nest....Or something went in the nest and started messing around like a squrriel could have messed up the bird nest....But most likely its fell out

Not every baby will survive. If it died in the nest, its parents pushed it out. It could also have fallen out and died. Don't interfere with the nest, the birds know what they're doing.

Probably fell from the nest, or sometimes if there is something wrong with the nestling a parent will throw it from the nest.More likely though it fell.As for the heat it will not bother them,and it is not unusual for daddy to take on the responsibility of feeding the little ones.
