  1. rub lime or lemon on your hands

  2. Wash your hands with soap for at least two minutes...reminds me of the night i was drinking Coronas with some buddies , we were eating habanero peppers and i went and took a leak...wow my weiner felt like it was getting roasted!!!!

  3. If you have some rubber or plastic gloves use them to remove contacts.

  4. Umm.. That is a toughie. After dealing with garlics, onions, or peppers it often leaves a very strong odor around your hands. To remove this odor, wash your hands under running water while rubbing against some stainless steel devices, such as pot, bowl or utensil, can be spoon. Or next time, rub a little olive oil into your hands before you start chopping the peppers. And when you have finished, wash your hands with soap and hot water.

  5. wash your hands with soap for a good 3 minutes....it'll be as if u never touched a pepper in your entire life ;D

  6. wash ur hands :)

  7. omg ii've been in your position.  In my opinion, wash and wash and wash your hands.  And then use milk and olive oil, then wash and wash and wash your hands, then use ice cream, milk, yogurt, anything with fat in it to wash your hands.   I've had that problem and spicy stuff got into my eyes and burned my eyes for days, and I couldn't wear my contacts.  I ruined about 3 pair of disposable contacts because they kept getting hot stuff on them.  Horrible horrible experience.  Just wash your hands good.

  8. i normally take a shower after cooking so as i shampoo my hair, the spice and heat from the peppers are gone! ofcourse i wash my hands with soap also right after handling them. then shower. that way when i remove my contacts it won't sting.

hmmm...maybe you can also wash dishes and not use the dishwasher. you're fingers will be in a lot of contact with detergent.
