My first Day of High School STUNK!!!?

Question

I was fine till lunch....i couldn't find any friends to sit with at lunch so i gave up & sat in the bathroom & cried till lunch was over....i didn't eat lunch

What should i do???

don't worry it will be better tomorrow.  the first day is always hard, especially at high school because there are so many kids in the cafeteria it's hard to find your friends.  it was my first day of highschool aswell but we didn't have to stay for lunch, we got to leave at 10:30.  just ask your friends what lunch period they have or meet up with one of them before you go into the cafeteria.  asking them what table they sit at helps too.  don't cry. :)  it was only your first day don't let it put you down.

Aw!!! I can totally understand. Well, I just started a new high school as a junior and don't know anybody. Today was my first day. I had lunch after two classes, so I just saw one girl who was in math with me and asked to sit with her. It was fine. If you can't find your old friends, just ask to sit with someone. If they say no, no big deal, just ask another person. The first girl I asked said no because there was no room. I just tried to be really confident the whole day. And in my old school in the mornings, I had no one to stand with, so I'd just wait in the bathroom for first period. But, just try to be strong and confident and find people that look nice. I know this is weird, but I usually try to talk to the uglier girls, just because they're less likely to be mean and stuck up. Lol. Well good luck!
