Don't worry, since you're new, you're going to be herded wherever you need to go to sign-in.

You need to go to the welcome center.  Check out the website bliss.army.mil.  There should be a section called newcomers.  It will give you directions to the welcome center, a time schedule, and any other instructions.

If you are lower enlisted usually E3 or below you should get hooked up with a sponsor that will help you get through your in processing.

The guard at the gate. He has a Standard Operating Procedure for you to follow. Also your recruiter will have specific instructions as to how and where you go to find the correct gate.
