My first problem arose yesterday when, while syncing my E2 with my Desktop MAC OSX 10.4.11, the sync operation failed and the hand held Tungsten E2 could not be opened turned of and none of the prorams on the E2 could be accessed.My stored information is accessable through my MAC desktop; BUT MY E2 would not respond to attempts to turn it off,either when plugged in or not, and the screen stayed lit up for 18 hours. This morning the handheld E2 does not respond when plugged in to power or not.
