I am going to meet my maths tutor for the first time tomorrow , I'm worried about telling her that i don't know how to do simple maths such as fractions, division etc. It will be quite embarrassing for me to inform her that I cannot do simple maths at the age of 15. Should i keep it to myself or tell her?

  1. Your tutor will never be able to help you if you don't tell her; Trust me, I used to be terrible at the simple things as well but then my teacher helped me when I told her I was struggling with the work.

  2. it's the simple things no-one can do, they became a tutor to combat the simple things people can't do. Am sure the tutor has taught someone much worse than you and they will have done fie in all exams. Tell her, sort it out and pass. easy.

  3. tell her she'll find out anyway and also she can help you

  4. Yes. I think you should because she might be able to help you.
