My first volleyball game is tommorow?

any tips to help me? i am a outside hitter and will only play front row im a starter

Thats ok. Try hitting the ball when you jump. it'll help. you'll get used to it. trust me! good luck ^^

Be ready to block but make sure you stay out of the net.  You dont want to get called on it.  WHen your setter is setting the ball call "outside outside" so they know you want it then wait until its the perfect height for you and go for it.  Always know where the ball is at all times and make sure that if you mess up you dont go into a slump and get everyone else down because then you wont win.  Hoped this helps good luck.

Know your rotation!! (5,1) (6,2) etc. Getting lost wont help your cause.

Remember when you are only playing the front row, that after you serve you must "switch" with the libero.

Depending how you play, call for your hit (yeah, yup, here, 4, your name, etc). Also call any digs loudly, cheer etc.

wear tight spandex shorts then after the game give guys ur number = )

all you need to do is stay in position and DONT get the second hit (it is setters unless she yells help) - when you are on the bench waiting to go back in, watch what your other teammates do, cheer them on at all times- especially when you are on the bench- that is why you are there.

PS dont listen to the guy above me- even though we have to wear spandex...

Just relax and have fun and if you make mistakes just let them roll off your back and forget about them.  If you hold onto them it will be your biggest downfall.
