  1. get her a husband lol

  2. I would say just let her be.  I usually only get one fish at a time and if she killed the others don't bother getting another one to share the tank.  Sometimes when I talk to my fish (as crazy as that sounds) it gets happier.  Hope this helps!

  3. well for the fighting fish you are supposed to put up a mirror for 10 minutes or so a day.  For them it is about exercise, but maybe it would work for her too.

  4. it depends on the fish. a lot of smaller fish, like tetras, white cloud mountain minnows, barbs, or danios are schooling fish, and get depressed when lonely. other fish are good in pairs, like angelfish (i mean freshwater angels)  in breeding pairs. other fish are literally intolerant of their own species, like red tailed sharks (they're actually loaches)

so, depending on the fish, it may or may not be lonely.

p.s. its siamese fighting fish, not japanese. and actually, betta (same fish, different name) are only aggresive to each other, not other fish

  5. I would say no, unless you have another tank to separate the frogs and the fish. The frogs will eat your fish.

What kind of fish is it? that is what we need to know to answer accordingly.

How big is your tank? Is the other question.
