My fish is too fat how can i help it loose weight

  1. Check that your Danio doesn't have swim bladder disease first, if it does then treat it.  He may also be constipated, is he pooing enough?  If he's constipated you could try say half a tsp of epsom salts, that is good for all your fish in moderation, once in a while.


  2. I feed my fish once a day, sometimes ( a very little bit) every few days. How often do you feed it?


  3. ive read that if you take something like a stick and put it in circular motion the fish will use itself to swim against the current and that can help it excercise  

  4. try minimizing the amount of food you feed them..mabe jus once a day..try dat for a coulple of weeks and it should lose weight.

  6. feed it less and chase it round your tank with the net. dont do it for long though, just couple minutes a day

  7. Maybe you can just feed your fish once everyday? And when you do feed him, put the food from the opposite side of the tank so your fish would have to swim a lot [or at least more!] to get to the food.

  8. Bring it to the gym.
