My fishh has formed fluffy stuff on its spine and it's tail had started to rot what is it??

well when i looked the other day at my fish it had red patches on it then today when i looked it had fluffy white stuff on it spines then i looked and it's tail had rotted.

It sounds like a fungus, and it sounds pretty advanced.  You need to do a 50% water change and medicate your fish right away.  Try some Maracyn or Maracyn II or some Rid Fungus.

its got fin rot on the tail. and its got body fungus! go to ur local fish store  and buy some treatment

It's tail is rotting due to the fungus which are sometime call 'white spot' and if not treated , the fish will die.

Go to the aquarium shop and get the 'blue medicine' and some salt.

Before treating,change the water first. After treatment,change the water regulary(2days).

Columnaris is very often accompanied by fin rot, which is commonly accompanied by septicemia.  I am willing to bet either your tank isn't as big as it should be, or you aren't doing water changes frequently enough.  Test your ammonia and nitrite levels and let us know, but in the mean time, do a water change, remove any activated carbon from the filter, and begin treating with Triple Sulfa, Trisulfa, Maracyn 2, Maracyn TC, TC Capsules, Kanaplex, Terramycin, or similar gram negative effective medications.  Luckily, all the infections are gram negative bacteria, so any of the above medications will effectively treat all of them.
