Question:

My flat screen TV went black, what should I do?

I recently bought a flat screen TV. It is a Dynex (Best buy house brand), anyway the other day it went black on me and I've only had it for about a week. As soon as i turned it off and back on, the picture was back. Now, should I report this to its factory warranty or just see it as a fluke? It's been a couple of days and nothing has happened again.

  1. You should have a year warranty on your t.v. if you just bought it I would go up to the store or call and ask what procedure you should take (whether or not you need to take it back to the store or ship it to the manufacturer for repair) It sounds like the lamp went though but that shouldn't be happening with a brand new tv

  2. Report to services centre ASAP !
