My folders are not showing its contents when i open them in a program. help please?

When i open My folders up using a program to upload the info, it is empty. but i know it isn't. so can anyone help

Convert  the files in your folder to a different format,  the program you are using to upload is not recognizing your file format.

Maybe because the program is looking for a specific file type and there are none of the file type in the folder?

Well what kind of files are they?  For instance, let's say the 'missing files' are Word documents... if you are in Excel and goto File: Open and select that folder you may not see the Word documents.  You will, however, see any Excel files that are in that folder.  If you want to few ALL files in the folder (even non-Excel files) select "All Files" from the lower drop down that says "Files of Type:".

If you still don't see if the files may be hidden.  To unhide it go through your My Computer folder and unhide the files.
