my foot doesn't look swollen

but when i shake my foot i can FEEL stuff swishing around in it. like liquid moving inside it. when i walk the stuff moves back and forth.

it's only on the top of my right foot though.

this has never happened to me before.

i know this isn't normal...what should i do?

do i put ice on it? do i "pop" my foot? doctor?

i feel no pain but it bothers me because i know i shouldn't feel liquid in my foot.

please help me out. i'll take any suggestions.

  1. Go to the doctor.  With something as precious as your feet, why would you even consider asking us? You only get two and you need both of them.

  2. If there is no pain or stiffness in the foot then I would say give it a little bit of time and see whats up.

I had a similar feeling once, only felt it when walking, kinda like i had a little baggie half full of water under my skin. Anyhow it turned out to be nothing and went away in a few days.
