My foot is caught in a bear's mouth, what sould I do?

Ask it why it has your foot in its mouth. If it's mad, calm it down. If it's hungry, then give it something else to eat. If you put it there, then you're screwed.

actually, my camp counsler once told us if any part of our body is stuck in any animal, you have to shove it as far down their throat  as you can....
