My foot keeps twitching right by the ankle... PLEASE HELP!?

Question

I woke up this morning because my foot (right under my ankle) was twitching non-stop. Two hours later it's still twitching, and it's driving me NUTS! It's not really visible, and it stops momentarily when I stand up, but then it comes back after a minute or two.

Could someone please help me get rid of this terrible twitch?!?

Restless leg syndrome but that is usually older people this happens to. See your doctor if it continues
