My football girdle has built in hip pads, and no spot for the pads the coach gave to me where do i put it?

my pants dont have a spot for the girdle, oh and by the way, how the h**l do you put the belt on??? oh yeah, and the hip pads that im trying to figure out how to put on are the standard team ones

you don't need the Under Armour or Nike girdle man with built in hip pads, just use the pads the EM gave unless they are in very bad condition

If you want the belt look for incisions, if there are none you should cut some slits and feed the belt through.

If you have compression shorts you can stick your hip pads in those and they'll stay put without the belt.
