My for arm is bent and i cant move my wrist?

my arm bent like a bow and arrow and i cant move my wrist clockwize on the left and counter clockwize on the right this is the second time it happened and therapy doesent help i tried for the right arm if some one can help me please

its the bone thats bowed

  1. The second time? If the problem is caused by muscles being locked into contraction focused relaxation should work. If not e-mail me here with more details.
