My f******n is attached to my p***s head?

Question

My forskin is attached to my p***s head, i dont mean the attachment at the top that looks like the bottom of the tounge, i mean when i roll my for skin back (im uncircumsized) It rolls back off the head of my p***s on one side but on the other side it attaches to to the side of the head of my p***s, it looks like its joined just at that bit and doesn't keep joined the hole way down, just around half the head, because i can see under the neath that skin that's joining it so i know its not joined the hole way down

im 14 and i have the same proplem but im embarresed c*m my p***s is still wuite small well very small i have got pubic hair but it hasent grown at all in my life ?? anyone know if thiis is normal ??

its called sumit like a frenulum i think and it can be to tight and can prevent the fourskin going compleatly below the head of the p***s

ugh i have the same problem but im embarassed to ask my parents to bring me there i dunno what i should doo
