i would definately get pretty colorful flowers, she'll feel just like a big girl. or if you wanted something different i would get her a stufed animal ballerina or a little trophy.

since she is 4, flowers would be good, and it will make her feel older when she sees older girls with flowers too, although, you can never go wrong with a necklace, or bracelet. no matter what you get her, she will love you for it. at my old studio, you could order little gifts, and you might want to look into that, and some places you can even buy little cards and they will deliver them back stage

Since I was small child, I always got flowers for my recital. It's always been tradition, and most parents/family members also giving flowers to their little dancers.
