Question:

My freeview box seems to have lost signal, what do I do?

I got it in about February and from February up until now it has been quite good, it hasn't picked up every channel, but the ones it did pick up worked well, only pausing ocasionally for a a second or so. However, now alot of the channels seem to be struggling to work, they pause all the time and a no signal sign comes up on screen and stays there for ages before it starts up again, only to do the same thing over again. It seems to be happening with alot of the channels but expecially the channel 4 ones; channel 4, e4, more 4, 4+1 etc. Does anyone know what would be the cause of the problem or how I could go about fixing it?

  1. I assume you've fiddled with your aerial? And the connections. Try retuning your box also.
