My freind in Tunisia wants to come here to Ireland to live with me,but we must have work first here,how can he

he has been to the Ireland consult in Tunisa,and they told him he must have work here first in Ireland,but how can he apply for work here when he lives in Tunisia,over here you would have to go for an interveiw first to get a job,so has any one any advise for us?

no way this will work , he can come and apply for a hoilday visit or apply for a student visa but with this he must a college to go to study english and noy ever college is accepceted by the goverment dept . its very hard as only members of the eec states are allowed work  here legel and last he could marry a irish national

so cant he go on holiday and try to set something up if you know he is coming you can set up interviews
