My freind sent me a multimedia message ringtone, but i dont know how to take it from the message and use it?

i want to use the ringtone that he sent me,, on my phone, so how do i do it?

You aren't allowed to only certain phones can do it.

when you go to the message hit the menu key or information one and it should say "save media"

on the phone i have it will save it in sounds, and u cant use it, sry.
