My freind wants to come to ireland to study english,he is from tunisia he has the money to pay the college?

here but he thinks he can not transfere the fee to the schools bank,as it is dinards and tunisia wont let you take dineards out of the country,does any one know can he not put it in a bank in tunisia and get it transfared here to an irish bank??????????

Yes he can. It is just the paper currency and coins that cannot be taken out of the country.

He can bank transfer the money after getting the offer letter from an institution.
