My friend's brother made chicken breast that they sell in a can and it wasnt thoroughly cooked. Is he ok? ?

Is chicken breast in a can clean already?

It was cooked thoroughly in the can, do you mean it wasn't heated all the way thru? Yes he will be okay.

***If it was still somewhat raw in the can then it would have been moldy and really smelly. Possibly a deformed.

I would not eat chicken other than from fresh or frozen.

Chicken breast from a can may be eaten cold, just as soon as you open the can.  It was thoroughly cooked and made tender and sealed in the can at such a high temperature and under pressure that it killed any microorganisms that might have been in the meat before.

He's FINE!

It's no different than eating a tin of tunafish.  We don't heat those either.

But maybe your friend's brother needs invited over for dinner so he doesn't have to eat tinned meat.
