Her daughter came over and played with some of my daughters toys, should I be bleaching my daughters toys and washing stuffed animals if she had contact with them? I have went all germophobe and started bleaching counters, sweeping floors, scrubbing everything and anything that I can think of. What else should I do, I went ahead and call my daughters dr, and she suggested I treat them just for prevention, and I have clipped their nails and bought hand sanitizers and antibacterial soaps.

  1. Yes you need to take your daughter to the doctor and have her treated for pin worms. Cleaning her toys with a low dosage of disinfectant is great! More than anything keep her away from the infected child for a while.

  2. no need

  3. I, personally, would wash all her toys and everything (confirmed germophobe). If that little girl scratched her a**s or had bits of egg stuck under her nail she could have very well dropped the off at your house and we all know how kids always put their hands in their mouths (GROSS!) I would suggest getting a fingernail brush, too, and making sure you scrub all around her nailbed just incase she picked anything up....its very common to neglect under your nails when youre washing your hands whenther your nails are trimmed or not.
